I have experience as a psychotherapist, organisation development consultant, and management consultant: using all of these contexts, I help you see yourself more clearly and act more effectively.
With founders and leaders, I can help you to understand how your personal stories have shaped your organisational structure, and where your organisation might be asking something different of you.
With teams, I listen for the different stories sitting behind the visible problem and facilitate conversations and actions that make change possible.
With organisations, I explore how agency, authority, and connectedness interact around the task, and what happens when tensions run high.
I have worked across the public sector and NHS, and in charities and social enterprises, and private contexts.
I have worked internationally, including in Eastern Europe, and have particular experience in NHS and public sector settings, VCSE organisations, and management consultancy.
